AES Round 2 Public Comments
===========================

Instructions:

1.  Create a new directory/folder.


2.  Download 3 files into that directory/folder:

	AESround2comments-1.zip [1,372KB]
	AESround2comments-2.zip [1,614KB]
	AESround2comments-3.zip [1,316KB]

3.  Unzip all three files, with "Use Folder Names" (or an equivalent function) enabled.
This will 1) place an HTML table of contents file in the same directory as the zip files,
and 2) place all of the comments in a "comments" subdirectory/subfolder.

4.  Open "AES-public-comments.html".  This can be used as a table of contents to access
all of the AES Round 2 public comments.  It also includes links to information on NIST's
AES home page.
