April 1, 2011 is Cutoff Date to reserve room.

There are 2 ways to book a room. They are the following:

1. Log on to the Renaissance Washington DC web page by clicking the link to the left (in bold font - Renaissance Washington DC) (The URL is rather long). When clicking this link, you will be LEAVING NIST and this Conference web space.

Once this is done - then input travel dates, then move down to the box titled GROUP CODE and put in the assigned group code "nisnisa" (minus the quotes) and then follow the prompts from then on.

2. Calling Renaissance Hotels toll free reservations at 1-800-HOTELS-1 and ask for the NIST HIPAA Meeting guest room block.
