The National Information Systems Security Conference announces its
Keynote and Banquet Speakers.

August Bequai, Esq., author, lecturer, instructor, and attorney will be
the Keynote Speaker.  Mr. Bequai is recognized as one of the foremost
experts on law and industrial security.  The author of hundreds of
articles on various aspects of industrial security, Mr. Bequai has also
authored many books, among them:
          Computer Crime
          Computers and Business
          White-Collar Crime
          Organized Crime
          The Cashless Society
          How to Prevent Computer Crime
          Technocrimes.
Mr. Bequai will discuss the legal and commercial implications of the
threat from the "mobile community of computers users" and safeguards
against these threats.

Kenneth Chenault, Vice Chairman of American Express and member of the
Office of the Chief Executive, will deliver the banquet address.  Mr.
Chenault is responsible for formulating policy and business strategy
company wide.  Additionally, he heads American Express Consumer Charge
Card, Credit Card and Lending businesses around the world, as well as
Establishment Services Worldwide.  Mr.  Chenault is also responsible for
developing the American Express global advertising campaign.  He will
discuss the American Express Vision on the future of secure information
exchange around the globe and changes in transaction scope and volume.
