Services available to remote users shall be limited
to the following:
a. sendmail [smtp],
b. file transfer protocol [ftp],
c. Lotus notes [lotusnotes], and
d. Lotus cc:Mail [ccmail].
Remotely-available services shall use standard
IP port numbers as specified in RFC 1700.
