| Registration for the Conference
NOTE:
ADVANCE REGISTRATION HAS CLOSED, YOU MUST REGISTER AT THE CONFERENCE.
On-site registration will be open on Sunday, October 15 at 6:00
pm. - 8:00 pm. and Monday, October 16 at 8:00 am.
The registration fee of $530 ($580 after
September 18) includes conference sessions, materials, coffee breaks, and
admission to the banquet and award ceremony and reception. The fee for
the workshops on the afternoon of October 19 is $125.
