Panels, Tutorials, and Other Presentations:

Sessions are limited to 90 minutes, including
time for prepared remarks, discussion, and audience interaction.

Proposals are not to exceed two pages and
should summarize the topic, issues, and viewpoints that will be addressed.

Panels are limited to a maximum of four persons,
including the panel chair and three panelists. Include suggested panelist
names and affiliations with your proposals.

Sessions will be selected by the Conference
Program Committee. Speakers, chairs and panelists will be expected to provide
position statements and slides for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
If your submission is selected, speakers,
chairs, and panelists will receive complimentary admission to the Conference;
you will be given instructions and a date for submitting your position
statement and slides; and your position statements and slides will be published
in the Conference Proceedings. |
