Program Eligibility and Cost
The certificate program is open to all federal civilians in the grades of GS/GM 13 to 15 and military officers in the grades of O-5 to O-6. A bachelor's degree is required. Applicants who are no more than one grade lower than minimum requirements or who do not meet the degree requirement may request a waiver.
Current fees for non-DoD personnel are $750 per course in FY01 and will rise to $850 per course in FY02.
