Announcement

NIST seeks comments on Draft Special Publication (SP) 800-56B Revision 2, Recommendation for Pair-Wise Key-Establishment Using Integer Factorization Cryptography. This draft publication specifies key agreement and key transport schemes for pairs of entities, and methods for key confirmation are included to provide assurance that both parties share the same keying material. Significant changes to the document are listed in "Notes to Reviewers." A more detailed list of changes is provided in the final appendix.
