Symposium Registration

Please register electronically, by mail or FAX by September 3, 2004.

REGISTRATION
The registration fee is $365. This registration fee includes symposium materials, two days of speaker presentations, an evening reception on September 14th, coffee breaks, and lunches. The registration form and payment must be received by September 3, 2004 for your name to appear on the preliminary participants' list. Requests for cancellation or refund must be submitted in writing by September 3, 2004 to: Carrie Hart - NIST, Finance Division, 100 Bureau Dr., Bldg. 101 / Rm.
