A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree Hotel and Executive Meeting Center at a special rate of $150 per night, plus 12% tax. To reserve a room, call the hotel directly at, 1-800-222-TREE or (301)468-1100, and mention that you are attending the "NIST CMVP". Reservations must be received by August 23, 2004. After this date, rooms will be released for general sale at the prevailing rates of the hotel. Reservations must be cancelled by 4 P.M. on the day of arrival in order to receive a refund.

(do not register via the hotels on-line registration as you will not get the conference rate)

COFFEE BREAKS & LUNCHES
Refreshments will be provided during the morning, mid-morning, and mid-afternoon breaks. Lunch will also be provided on September 14 and 15.

EXHIBITS
There will be an exhibit area for the presentation of products and services.

SOCIAL EVENTS
There will be an informal reception in the exhibit area on Septermber 14, beginning at 5:00pm.
